About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaner Supervisor to join our team. This is a hands-on role that involves cleaning residential properties, including apartments and houses, while supervising and supporting a team of cleaners to ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out cleaning duties in apartments and houses to a high standard
- Supervise and support members of the cleaning team
- Monitor the quality of cleaning work and ensure company standards are met
- Organise daily schedules and allocate tasks effectively
- Communicate with clients and respond professionally to any queries
- Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained
- Drive to and between customer locations using the company vehicle
Requirements

- Full, valid driving licence
- Minimum age of 25 years (insurance requirement)
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Good communicative English
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
