The SOS Group Unsung Heroes award is presented monthly to exemplary employees from our operations team based on internal nominations. These nominations are then reviewed and discussed at our monthly management meeting. Our heroes receive a certificate, a place on our Head Office Wall of Fame, and a well-deserved reward, such as a restaurant dinner for two, to show our appreciation.
