SOS Group Security Services is currently recruiting a Concierge Officer for a full-time cover position in Waterford. We are seeking a professional, reliable, and customer-focused individual who will provide a welcoming presence while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the site.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in concierge, reception, customer service, hospitality, or front-of-house environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome residents, visitors, contractors, and guests in a professional manner.
- Act as the first point of contact for all site enquiries.
- Monitor visitor access and maintain accurate records.
- Respond to enquiries and requests efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain detailed logs, records, and incident reports.
- Liaise with site management, contractors, and emergency services when required.
- Assist in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment.
- Ensure reception and common areas are presented to a high standard at all times.
- Follow all company and site procedures.
Requirements
Essential
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good IT and computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Legal right to work in Ireland.
Desirable
- Previous experience in a concierge, reception, customer service, hospitality, or security role.
- Experience working in residential or commercial properties.
